Subject: valley circle burners meeting

John Patwell has resigned as president of VCB due to work and family considerations. Thank you John for your great work the past several years.

Steve Sobel (secretary) has moved to New York where his family is concentrated.

So we now have no president and no secretary.

John sent me the paperwork for the renewal of our charter.  This provides us with our AMA membership and insurance. If we do not elect a full slate of officers I will not be sending in the paperwork.

I AM CALLING AN URGENT MEETING FOR SUNDAY MORNING THE 21ST OF FEBRUARY (2016) TO BE HELD AT APOLLO  FIELD AT 9:00AM.

IF WE DO NOT ELECT A FULL SLATE OF OFFICERS THE CLUB WILL LOOSE OUR STANDING WITH THE AMA.

Please attend and support the club. Contact all your flying friends and be sure we have a good turn out for this meeting.
